Hourly: $18.45 - $25.00/hr. - Variable pay scale based on pick rates and accuracy.We are seeking full-time dependable Warehouse Order Pickers located in Boise, ID. The Warehouse team is a crucial part of CSB's daily operations with tasks ranging from unloading and loading new products to picking the orders for the delivery team with an accuracy level of 100%. Pickers are responsible for order fulfillment and picking beverage/snack products from stock pallets onto individual pallets, using electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed. The position starts at $18.45/hr. while training. Once new team members complete training, they are placed on an individual variable pay scale based on pick rate and accuracy, earning up to $25.00/hr.Order Picker shifts start at 10 am.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:* Pick orders correctly and in a timely manner for next day delivery* Build pallets in a useable and stable configuration* Label pallets correctly for delivery* Load delivery trucks nightly for next day delivery* Cleanup damaged products* Organize the warehouse work areas as needed* Complete other tasks assigned by manager* Perform all duties in a safe manner as defined in the safety policyKnowledge and Skills Required:* High School Diploma or equivalent is required* Must pass background check prior to employment* Ability to lift 15-36 lbs. products repetitively throughout the duration of the shift* Ability to lift products up 165 lbs.
