**Laborer**

**Job Description**

Under the supervision of the Superintendent, this position supports the Block Department in all areas of molds and models. Responsibilities include verifying molds meet company standards, setting up molds for production, repairing and cleaning mold components, and troubleshooting by reading mold schematics and making repairs. The role requires the use of grinders, wire wheels, chipping guns, welders, oxyfuel cutting torches, pressure washers, and hand and pneumatic tools. Additionally, the laborer helps with maintenance as needed and assists with maintenance projects, parts changes, and breakdowns.

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Meridian, Idaho.

**Work Environment**

Plant environment with moderate to very loud noise, dusty and dirty conditions. Works near moving mechanical parts, in high precarious places, outdoor weather conditions, heat or cold (non-weather) conditions, with risks of electrical shock and vibration. Mandatory and/or other appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn.
