Using a stand-up forklift, the Palletizer is responsible for:

  • clearing finished product from the automated palletizer
  • performing quality checks on pallet integrity prior to use
  • performing quality checks on packaging integrity
  • storing the pallets of product in the appropriate place in the Cooler, racking and rotating product as needed for proper code date rotation
  • cleaning and maintaining the pallet bander
  • other duties as assigned

THIS POSITION EARNS $24.16 per hour, plus Overtime

SCHEDULE IS: Tueday- Saturday, 7am-3pm

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6 months related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Must have 6 months recent experience operating a standup reach forklift or pallet jack in a high efficiency environment.
  • Must be able to pass a written and driving forklift skills test
  • Must be able to stand and drive for virtually the entire shift.
  • Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
  • Must be able to work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • May have exposure to allergens.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
  • Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background and criminal checks).
