What you'll do:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that maximize efficiency and profitability
- Ensure that the right amount of inventory is on the ground at the right time to meet customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments based on sales trends and market conditions
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and systems to optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational improvements
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices
- Experience with procurement and vendor management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
