Overview:The Associate Account Executive, Inside Sales is tasked with driving new business growth through cold-calling and developing new accounts using both company-provided leads and self-generated prospects. This position focuses on acquiring new customers while also retaining and expanding those accounts to build a book of business. Success in this role requires identifying market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and providing tailored solutions. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams ensures alignment with corporate objectives. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills are essential for exceeding sales targets and generating substantial revenue growth.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
