Job Summary:

The PPS Company housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the PPS/PAS facilities. They will operate under company guidelines and policies while performing daily housekeeping activities. These tasks include but are not limited to:

Essential Job Functions:

• Collects trash and any loose debris and places into designated containers.
• Clean and sanitize all restrooms.
• Sweeps and mops hard surface floors.
• Vacuums all area rugs, conference room(s), carpeted offices, stairwells.
• Cleans kitchen/breakroom area(s) including counters and floors.
• Dusts and polishes furniture in common areas as needed.
• Use basic cleaning compounds and disinfectants.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable form of transportation.
• Works independently with little to no supervision.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Full-time, hourly position

Pay:

$23/hour

Hours:

This position is either part-time or full-time, Monday through Friday. The hours are flexible and will be agreed upon after hire.

Travel:

Local travel for this position is required. The custodian will be responsible for visiting all three PPS/PAS buildings, distance between each is <5 miles. Fuel stipend will be provided.
