Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operations Manager at Spray Foam Genie in Boise, ID. The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales and operational activities, managing a team, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, operations management, and team leadership
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and operational processes
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus, but not required
