Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders, account updates, and contact changes.
• Verify and update customer information for accuracy.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Review and ensure order accuracy and completeness.
• Adhere to department SOPs and act as a subject matter expert on customer and AED policies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service actions.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in problem-solving and managing customer accounts.
• Proficient in applying effective resolution methods and techniques.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Familiar with customer service software, databases, and tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong client-facing communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities and excellent multitasking skills.
