Job Description:


Mana Resources is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this role, you will provide essential care, support, and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will help them achieve their personal goals, increase their independence, and ensure their overall well-being.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.


Provide emotional support and companionship.


Support residents in community outings and recreational activities.


Promote skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and self-care.


Ensure a safe, clean, and positive living environment.


Document and report on resident progress and any concerns.


Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and other staff to create individualized care plans.


Qualifications:


High school diploma or GED.


Previous experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field is preferred but not required.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of others.


Must pass a background check.


CPR/First-Aid Certification and Med Certification (Training provided).


Valid driver's license and reliable insured and registered transportation.
