Civil Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage various civil engineering projects, specifically focusing on transmission and high voltage distribution systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing a team of engineers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee excavation, grading, and construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to discuss project status and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained, including project plans, contracts, and change orders.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, particularly in transmission and high voltage distribution projects.
• Strong knowledge of UG utilities, excavation, and grading processes.
• Familiarity with construction management software and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
