What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Buying & Inventory Management – Use data-driven insights to acquire, manage, and price inventory for maximum profitability.
  • Vehicle Acquisitions – Oversee private party purchases, trade-ins, consignments, and auction strategies.
  • Profitability & Market Analysis – Ensure strong front-end gross, collaborate on pricing strategies, and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Team Leadership – Hire, train, and develop a team of buyers and acquisition specialists.
  • Wholesale & Auctions – Manage wholesale strategies, auction attendance, and post-sale procedures.
  • Operations & Logistics – Oversee transportation, title processing, and administrative functions.
