We are one of North America's largest fluid power integrators with 42 locations in the United States and Canada. We are fully integrated with supply, design and engineering services and repair and warranty services. The individual is passionate about working with customers on all of their fluid power applications and electrical control of their fluid power applications.Job DutiesMaintain existing customer baseGrow customer base by identifying new customers and marketsDevelop hydraulic and electrical solutions for customer systemsMaintain high competency of our productMaintain high competency of how the customers product functions15% overnight travelMaintain communication with Berendsen support teamProject management and time managementSystem start up and troubleshootingProvide hydraulic and electrical schematics with the aid of Berendsen engineeringBuild strong customer relationshipsMaintain customer reports monthlyProvide pricing on the systems developed within Berendsen guidelinesWork from and maintain a home officeJob Qualifications (any one or more of the following)Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringAssociates Degree in Fluid PowerAssociates Degree in technical discipline with 5 plus years of mechanical or electrical experience10 plus years of experience in technical fieldValid driver's license and clean driving recordEntrepreneurial spirit and results drivenPreferred SkillsPlus 1 Guide experienceFluid power experience, CFPHSElectrical controls experienceAutoCad LT, CAD Software, Schematic design softwareMicrosoft OfficeThe individual will report to the field sales manager.
