About the Role - Appropriately resolve all employee relations issues, including performance management, investigations, workers compensation, reasonable accommodation requests, EEOC claims, lawsuits and safety concerns. Safety: Manage and investigate all safety related issues, codify our SOP with suggested improvements (near misses, injuries, workers comp) Employee Relations: Develop SOPs to manage employee concerns, personnel issues, and any investigations needed Compliance: Ensure we are adhering to state and local compliance standards, documentation requirements, etc. Work closely with our managers to ensure they understand their role in these areas and are well prepared to proactively do the right thing. Drive engagement and retention strategies. Own onboarding, internal development and succession planning for 83 stores and the corporate office. Be the main point of contact for Home Office administration such as payroll, accounting and operations.
Responsibilities -
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. 5+ years' experience in Human Resources-Manufacturing Retail or Supply Chain is preferred. Managing safety programs, first report of injury and OSHA reporting. ADP experience is a plus. True strategic partner with a strong operational mindset. Quickly build relationships and trust.
