From start to finish, we can engineer & design, then manufacture & install the right solution for any cleanroom need around the world.BENEFITS AVAILABLECompetitive Pay Based on ExperienceYear End Performance BonusesMedical / Dental / Vision401(k) + up to 3% MatchingLife InsurancePaid Time OffHoliday PayReferral ProgramTuition ReimbursementAvailable OvertimeFlexible Work ScheduleJOB SUMMARYUtilize engineering blueprints to produce parts using CNC Press Brakes and other forming tools.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to set up CNC Press Brakes and metal forming equipment independently as well as using machine tool setup sheets.Accurately interpret engineering drawings and determine methods to meet required part tolerances, fit, and finish.Ability to read bend layouts/programs and cross-check to blueprints.Knowledge and ability to utilize bend deductions and Press Brake tooling appropriate for different materials.Setup Press Brakes for accurate and efficient part production as required with proper bend order to complete a part.Cooperate with CNC Programmers on machine tool set-up, troubleshooting and improving programs to maintain machine productivity.Competently use all precision measuring instruments and contribute to JST's quality program by following quality procedures.Utilize a Personal Computer and shop floor control software to accurately track job labor and material usage.Understand and follow company procedures and act in a safe manner in a manufacturing environment.Maintain stewardship of equipment and contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of the shop.Perform miscellaneous tasks as required to support manufacturing, engineering, quality, and quoting departments.Contribute to team effort by achieving results. Work cooperatively with team members and assist engineering with design for manufacturability. Communicate design constraints and work within the team to achieve solutions.JOB REQUIREMENTSPress Brake experience with CNC Back gages.Able to read blueprints and have a working knowledge of bend deductions and tolerances.Must be competent in shop math.Experience with stainless steels is a plus.High School Diploma preferred or equivalent experience.Ability to work and contribute within a team.WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONSEmployees are expected to support the Company's business culture and values by demonstrating teamwork, integrity, good judgement, respect, innovation, and communication as well as by contributing at optimum levels toward the success of the company.Able to safely lift and carry, push or pull objects up to 50lbs.Able to walk, stand and work on feet for the duration of shift.Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, grasp, handle and operate hand/power tools or controls.Ability to work and contribute within a team.Important Notes:JST is an AA/EOE employer.Visa Sponsorship: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Background Check Policy: JST's employees are subject to background checks based on business necessity.
