**Job Title:** Data Analyst - Supply Chain**Job Type:** Full-time**Location:** Sandpoint, ID; Post Falls, ID; Meridian, ID**Salary Range:** $75,000 - $95,000 per year**Job Overview:**Join Gierd's stock management team to help manage both inbound supply planning and support the team in managing stock rotation and aging through data analysis. As a Data Analyst - Supply Chain, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient stock management practices.**Responsibilities:**- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with the supply chain team to develop strategies for optimizing stock levels and improving stock rotation- Monitor stock aging and work with the team to implement solutions to reduce excess stock and minimize waste- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders- Support the implementation of inventory management systems and processes- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management**Requirements:**- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a supply chain or logistics setting- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPlease note that Gierd Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination.
