Service Delivery Manager

Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and oversee the fulfillment of accurate reporting support and services for clients on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  2. Manage Client Engagement Model and client health reporting.
  3. Ensure quality service and operational performance within delivery standards and SOPs.
  4. Engage with clients from daily users to decision-makers.
  5. Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts.
  6. Train clients as needed.
  7. Coordinate and resolve daily client inquiries and projects.
  8. Develop client relationships and expand networks, understanding client business and product needs.
  9. Strategically plan service delivery to enhance usage and proactively reduce downtime and support costs.
  10. Collaborate with sales and support teams to demonstrate support value and identify expansion opportunities.
  11. Stay informed about product enhancements and industry changes.
  12. Gather client feedback to improve operations and expand product offerings.

Required Skills:

  1. Knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.
  2. Understanding of structured products, derivatives, fixed-income securities, etc. (preferred).
  3. Proactive problem solver seeking solutions and expertise.
  4. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  5. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
  7. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  9. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or relevant experience in Investment Management, Insurance, FinTech, Investment Accounting, Financial Services, or Investment Operations.
