Establishes, implements, and directs install operation strategies across the enterprise. Works with regional and location leadership to facilitate and support installed best practices and collaborate to develop SOPs for BFS Installed Operations.
Candidate must live within 1 hour of a major airport with willingness and ability to travel up to 75% to our West Division facility locations.
No supervisory responsibilities.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree with five to seven years of experience managing install operations or supporting multiple install operations regionally or nationally, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience with lean processing techniques and knowledge of construction and the building materials industry are required. Preferred experience includes field operations in installed construction services, such as roles as a field superintendent or project manager in home building.
The physical demands are representative of those needed to perform the essential functions, including indoor and outdoor environments, travel up to 75%, and periods of sedentary work involving computer use and walking or standing as needed.
