Job SummaryThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring each customer has a pleasant experience at Western Aircraft by providing a friendly welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service through anticipating needs and proactively offering services. It is the expectation that all customer requests will be performed in a timely, professional manner. This person will act as the face of Western Aircraft and be the first point of contact for all visitors.Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 1pm-9pmDuties & ResponsibilitiesAnswers telephones, takes and relays messages to appropriate personnel in a timely mannerDocuments service requests by completing an aircraft arrival formCoordinates customer lodging accommodation requirementsInsures rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrivalGreets arriving/departing customersFacilitates customer and vendor catering requestsCommunicates service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance and Avionics via telephone and two-way radioInforms customers of other services provided by Western AircraftQualifications & Job RequirementsMinimum two (2) years' experience in a customer service roleOther PrerequisitesPass pre-employment drug screen and background checkAbility to obtain Airport Issued security badgeValid Driver's licenseWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork is performed in an office environment with moderate noise level. Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers.
