As a General Manager, you will oversee the sales and internal operations of the branch, including managing the sales team. Essential Functions

• Analyze and evaluate sales activities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales.
• Develop the sales team through ongoing training, development, and constructive feedback.
• Review and assess the performance of direct reports.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to foster a customer service culture and identify process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Participate in the hiring process to ensure adequate staffing and branch coverage.
• Perform other general manager duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3+ years of proven sales experience.
• Background in customer service, sales, and asset management is preferred; supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen, decision-making skills, and customer focus.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Industry knowledge is a plus.

The salary range for this role is approximately $146,700.00 to $183,400.00, with final offers based on location, experience, and skills.
