Senior Level Civil Engineer (Facilities)

Overview

Are you seeking a challenging role with diverse projects and ownership opportunities? We are looking for a civil engineer passionate about impactful work in environmental and industrial design. Enjoy flexible work arrangements, including hybrid or remote options, preferably near Boise, Idaho, or Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Design grading and drainage for new and renovated sites
• Develop utility delivery, access roads, and assist with permitting and construction support
• Utilize terrain modeling software, especially AutoCAD Civil3D, for project communication
• Take ownership of project goals and ensure quality through thorough QA/QC processes

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience with independent judgment capabilities
• PE license preferred; bonus for California PE
• Experience in land development, municipal utility design, water resources, or environmental engineering
• Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, grading, and related fields
• Strong communication, self-management, and client relationship skills

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D or Microstation Inroads
• Experience with stormwater modeling software like HydroCAD or HEC-RAS
• Foundation design experience is a plus
