The Account Manager at Salted Stone is a consultant, working directly with Strategists and subject matter experts to manage client relationships, define requirements and timelines, and skillfully lead engagements. You will manage a select group of clients, acting as their dedicated liaison and ensuring every project is delivered with precision.
From crafting impactful client communications to leading retainer renewal discussions, you play a key role in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth. You'll be leading the way to efficient project management, ensuring engagements stay on time and on budget.
