RealREPP, is a full service recruiting firm who is currently teaming with a highly respected commercial GC with over 25 years in business. This team been awarded numerous accolades for professionalism, client satisfaction, and employee wellbeing. Their firm is entering a significant growth phase due to an influx of business. They are looking to add a Senior Estimator to our team.

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for drafting bids, proposals for design-builds, GMP, and conceptual projects. This position will work closely with the executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering is a huge plus
• 3+ years' experience in a Estimator role at a Commercial GC
• Exceptional communication skills
• An ability to remain calm, composed, and communicative in stressful situations
• A desire to learn and develop skills
