The Downtown Family YMCA opened its doors in 1964 and has since been a landmark in the Downtown Boise area. The facility has a full court basketball gym, a large cardio fitness center, multiple strength training systems and rooms, racquetball courts, a climbing wall, five fitness studios, three swimming pools, and multiple youth programming areas. The. Facility Supervisor is responsible for overall supervision of the YMCA building and grounds during assigned shifts and toserve in other membership positions as assigned. Provides leadership and influence to others and fosters the Ys culture by modeling engagement principles, capturing living our cause moments, and exemplifying and promoting safe behaviors. Responsibilities: Support others in handling and resolving concerns and report incidents that may occur.
