We're seeking a skilled, motivated Lead Installer & Install Team Supervisor to lead our installation department. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only installs custom window coverings with precision and pride, but also coaches, motivates, and manages a team to do the same. You'll also oversee our warehouse operations and help drive scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

We're seeking a skilled, motivated Lead Installer & Install Team Supervisor to lead our installation department. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only installs custom window coverings with precision and pride, but also coaches, motivates, and manages a team to do the same. - Lead by example as the primary installer for residential and commercial window coverings-including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, film, and motorized treatments.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of 6-10 installers and warehouse staff to ensure outstanding workmanship and 5-star customer service.
- Oversee install scheduling and warehouse operations, including receiving, labeling, and organizing freight.
- Coordinate with office staff, sales consultants, and vendors to resolve installation issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace damaged products as needed.
- Take precise window measurements and confirm site readiness.
- Support lead generation efforts through home shows or canvassing when needed.
- Proven experience leading and developing a team, preferably in a skilled trade or service field.
- Strong installation, handyman, or carpentry experience-window covering installation a plus.
- High attention to quality, detail, and customer service.
- Organized and proactive with problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using ladders and lifting 50+ lbs.
- Great communication with customers, team members, and vendors.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Salary: $54,000-$60,000/year (based on experience)
- Bonus potential tied to team performance and customer satisfaction
- Full-time: 40 hours/week, in-person at our main facility (no remote work)
