Ensures the department operates in a safe, efficient manner. Duties & Responsibilities:
Smiles and attends to the needs of park
Follows established guidelines for grooming, uniform, and operating policies and procedures outlined in the General Handbook and Department SOPs.
Conducts routine inspections, including, but not limited to, hourly perimeter inspections, locker and changing areas and gift shop.
Coordinates cleanliness of the work areas in the
Ensures positive guest relations and guest
Handles special situations involving operational issues and guest or employee
Responds to appropriate codes that go over the radio communication
Coordinates finding lost children/ lost adults with other departments in the
Performs job functions within all policies and procedures as noted in the
Ensures proper use of all safety equipment and personal protective
Maintains proper department records, including but not limited to incident reports, lost child reports and any other paperwork as directed by the Manager on Duty.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work inside and outside with constant sitting, standing, walking, vision, hearing, and talking and fine motor skills.
Must be able to reach forward and above shoulder height, bending, twisting, kneeling, and crouching.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull a maximum of 25 pounds and sometimes up to 50 pounds with the aid of other team members.
Must be able to climb
Environmental Factors:
The primary work location will include the outdoors and sometimes office
In these environments the employee will be exposed to dirt and dust, extreme temperatures, noise and vibration, and occasional wetness and humidity.
