Accountant Highlights

• The pay for this position is $55,000 – $70,000 per year, based on experience
• Monday – Friday schedule
• Onsite position
• This position is a direct hire opportunity

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts using accounting software
• Apply accounting standards, conventions, and principles in all financial activities
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Analyze financial data and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform account reconciliations and support internal audits
• Communicate financial information clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (Banking or Credit Union experience required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Ability to multitask, analyze data, and solve problems effectively
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
