Development Interlock Program Manager at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description POSITION OVERVIEW: The Development Interlock Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution across multiple development teams and the NACI Sales organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of software development processes, and the ability to foster collaboration in a fast paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for driving efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS: § Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. § Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, project coordination, or a similar role. § Relationships: Existing strong relationships with Oracle Executives and Development Leaders required § Skills: ­Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. ­Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ­Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. ­Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project). ­Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Attributes: Detail oriented, proactive, and collaborative with a focus on driving results. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: § Cross-Team Coordination: Facilitate interlock meetings between development teams to align on project goals, timelines, and dependencies. § Dependency Management: Identify, track, and resolve inter-team dependencies to ensure smooth project execution. § Communication Hub: Act as the central point of contact for development teams, ensuring clear and timely communication of updates, risks, and resolutions. § Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve collaboration across teams. § Reporting & Metrics: Maintain dashboards and reports to track interlock activities, dependencies, and resolution timelines. § Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and program managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. § Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks to project delivery and work with teams to mitigate them. § Documentation: Maintain documentation of interlock processes, decisions, and outcomes for reference and knowledge sharing. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
