As Manager, Infrastructure, you'll head up the team that keeps our systems healthy and our infrastructure running smoothly.

What You'll Do:
- Lead IT operations with a focus on uptime, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Own observability tools and strategies that give us a real-time view of system performance-from infrastructure to applications.
- Respond quickly to incidents and build systems that prevent them from happening in the first place.
- Collaborate with engineers and developers to optimize our environment and make smart, data-driven improvements.
- Mentor a high-performing team, build a culture of excellence, and drive automation wherever it makes sense.

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in IT operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with observability tools and monitoring platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of incident response, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
- Bonus if you bring experience with large-scale systems, microservices, and DevOps practices.
