About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a part-time Retail Sales Team Member, where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth operational efficiency. You will engage with customers and create memorable shopping experiences through fast and friendly transactions.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them in finding the right products and services.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and effectively manage various payment methods.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups.
• Support our inventory management by following point-of-sale procedures and merchandise handling practices.
• Help train new team members on best practices in customer service and point-of-sale systems while upholding our brand standards.
• Engage in daily operational processes such as cash balancing and inventory replenishment.

What Skills You Have

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
