Roofing Account Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring successful project execution in the roofing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial roofing sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to generate new leads
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closeout
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to achieve and exceed sales quotas
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss project requirements and progress
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and vendors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with IBC code compliance and safety regulations
• Experience in project management and bidding processes is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve sales performance
