Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious Homeowners Association Management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Northern and Southern California, Colorado, and Idaho. Since 1982, we have led the way in providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large-scale onsite communities, and master-planned community associations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Business Development to join our Idaho division. This role offers the chance to grow and develop within the HOA industry, shaping strategy, driving revenue, and expanding Keystone's market presence.

Summary: The Director of Business Development is responsible for executing the company's sales strategy and growth objectives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects, building industry relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate is strategic and hands-on, motivated by creating value through client partnerships.

You will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of all sales and marketing functions, including sales cycle, branding, advertising, digital media, and public relations to meet revenue goals.

Requirements:

Essential Duties:

  • Support financial and growth goals
  • Design and implement sales/marketing strategies
  • Develop annual sales and marketing plans and budgets
  • Participate in strategic planning
  • Monitor industry trends and make recommendations
  • Oversee public relations and branding strategies
  • Manage daily operations and guide team success
  • Assist with new client onboarding
  • Analyze marketing opportunities and KPIs
  • Adhere to company values, mission, and vision

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
  • Proven success in strategic direction and results
  • Knowledge of branding trends
  • Sales and marketing strategy development
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Budget management skills
  • References and background check required

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission = OTE of $95,000 to $115,000 annually. Uncapped commissions based on targets.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years sales/marketing management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • HOA experience is a plus
