Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging manner to help create a superior, memorable experience and repeat customers
Anticipate, identify, and provide for guest needs
Taking orders for and serving food and beverages, including alcohol, while maintaining legal age requirements
Delivering guest checks and handling transactions
Set up and clean up of cabanas and server areas
Possess basic computer and point of sale system abilities
Maintain an efficient, energetic, enthusiastic, positive, and friendly attitude with a pep in your step
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Alcohol compliance training course will be required
Physical demands:
Servers spend most of their shift standing, so need to be able to remain on their feet for several hours straight. Additionally, be able to carry items up to or in excess of 30 pounds
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, outdoor temperature environment
Maintain a well-groomed neat and clean appearance while upholding sanitation and food safety principles
