About the Team

We are seeking a new colleague for our finance team in Jakarta.

What you can look forward to as a Finance Manager:

• Perform financial management duties including daily and monthly finance operations, compiling and submitting reports.
• Review, analyze, and monitor operating results.
• Oversee finance operations, implement Group policies, plan and execute annual operational plans and forecasts, handle banking matters.
• Support organizational profitability and report regularly in accordance with Group policies.
• Maintain internal process quality to mitigate legal risks.
• Adhere to compliance policies and serve as Compliance Delegate.
• Coordinate with internal & external auditors and advisors to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor adherence to Group procedures, IFRS, local GAAP, and tax laws.
• Manage HR operations and payroll, along with other administrative activities.

Your Profile as a Finance Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or finance; HR experience is a plus.
• Profound knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and taxation procedures.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player, resourceful, responsible.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Capable of working under pressure and handling routine operations efficiently.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision / SAP).
• Proficient in English.
• Familiar with local labor regulations.
