Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Complete assigned store tasks promptly during your shift.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and loss prevention protocols.
• Maintain a safe working environment, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards as directed.
• Restock merchandise and organize items in their designated areas.
• Utilize ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or suggesting suitable alternatives.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Practice GOTTChA and assist with the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.
• Read OBDII codes from customers' vehicles.
• Diagnose automotive issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Communicate customer concerns and employee matters with managers.
• Engage in developing effective customer service skills.
• Provide honest advice on the best products that meet customers' needs.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is essential.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
