Be the driving force behind critical infrastructure projects. In this role, youll serve as the on-site lead for construction projects of varying size, scope, and complexity focused on the City of Boises collection systemthe vital underground network that keeps our citys water infrastructure functioning. Youll represent the City on the groundcoordinating field activities, leading contractors, and ensuring the safe, high-quality delivery of critical public works infrastructure that directly serves our community. Working within a collaborative Construction Management Team (CMT) environment, youll provide day-to-day direction on-site while enjoying the autonomy that comes with working under general guidance.
