Key Autism Services is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team.

We are currently offering relocation packages for BCBAs interested in relocating to any of our locations: Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $115,000+ including achievable bonus potential.

Locations include:

  • Alabama: Home-based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, and Montgomery regions.
  • Colorado: Home-based in Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Greater Denver; Clinic-based in Centennial, CO.
  • Georgia: Home-based around Atlanta; Clinic-based in Atlanta, Cartersville, Conyers, Cumming, Douglasville, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, Riverdale, and Stockbridge.
  • Illinois: Home-based in Chicagoland; Clinic-based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights.
  • Massachusetts: Home-based throughout Massachusetts (excluding Western Mass and Cape); Clinic-based in Southborough.
  • North Carolina: Home-based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem; Clinic-based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem.
  • Tennessee: Home-based in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville regions.

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA Certification and LABA if applicable
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Safety Care Specialist certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous ABA experience
  • Comfort working with families and providing in-home services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Supervise and train BTs/RBTs
  • Support families and caregivers in managing behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses as needed
  • Review program effectiveness, monitor data, and report progress
