Job Details

The successful candidate will work with underground transmission line engineers and drafters to complete the following activities:Working with engineers and other drafters in the creation of construction drawings for underground transmission lines including: plan and profile drawings, detail drawings, cover sheet, and notes. Performing quality assurance checks on construction drawings. Collaborating in both in-person meetings and virtual conference calls. Organizing projects and their subsequent files and documents in Project. Wise. Experience opportunities can include field visits and coordination with contractors and clients Required education/ Experience: Associate degree in drafting (or equivalent technical degree)Strong experience in AutoCAD Civil 3 D or Micro. Station. Experience with drawing creation for Power Delivery (transmission, substation, distribution)Desired Education/ Experience: 3 or more years drafting experience with Micro.
