Job Title: Temporary Staff Accountant (Onsite – Boise, ID)
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (August–November)
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Boise, ID (Onsite only)

Job Summary:
CV Resources is seeking a Staff Accountant to support a Boise-based manufacturing company during a three-month maternity leave coverage. This is a full-time, onsite temporary role from August through early November. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented accounting professional with strong Excel and NetSuite experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close (7-day close process)

• Prepare account reconciliations and accrual journal entries

• Manage freight clearing and multi-state sales tax filings (including Canada)

• Perform weekly cash reconciliations and post cash receipts

• Process employee expense reports

• Support ad hoc accounting projects as needed

• Provide cross-functional backup for invoicing

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or distribution experience preferred)

• Proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables required)

• Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting

• Experience with sales tax filings across multiple states is a plus

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 40 hours per week

• Onsite only – Boise, ID
