Optivs Resource Managers are responsible for the planning and allocation of Services professionals including more complex, multi domain, and multi-vendor resourcing. This role requires an infinite amount of collaboration within the Resource Management Office (RMO) organization and across various departments, such as the Project Management Office (PMO), Practice Domains, Practice Areas, Delivery teams, Operations teams and more. Possess a deep understanding of Resource Management Best Practices, Project Requirements, Employee Skillsets to Support and Deliver Optiv Solutions, Cost / Gross Profit (Rate cards, Margins, etc.)The Resource Managers require both a tactical and strategic mindset to identify opportunities, gaps and areas for improvement. Recognize and quantify Optivs cyber security staffing needs and co-ordinate the placement of in-house professionals and third-party contractors across multiple Security Services.
