Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the distribution center supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Nampa, ID

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Days (8:00am-5:00pm)

What's the Job?

• Prioritize and pick product to fill orders and stage products for loading.

• Load and unload delivery trucks, requiring frequent physical moving and lifting of products weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) in a safe manner.

• Assist in verifying all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and inform management of inventory shortages.

• Compile and submit regular reports of damaged or outdated stock and assist in periodic inventory counts.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome those eager to learn.

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Willingness to operate powered industrial vehicles safely.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
