The VP, Community Planning is responsible for managing all community start-up activities, coordinating architectural product development and maintenance, negotiating all trades pricing and work, and ensuring ongoing community performance while maintaining a culture of community excellence as the company continues to grow and diversify. This role deals with exceeding budgets and approves start worksheets on each home prior to "CM Go" date to ensure budgets are complete and is responsible in the decision-making process of model designs, designing budgets and implementation of all activities required to open a community by a target date.
