Valet team members ensure the safe and efficient parking of vehicles while providing a memorable guest experience. You will be responsible for responding quickly to requests while maintaining a high level of customer service, exceeding guests' expectations. You will work closely with fellow team members, Shift Supervisor and Front Office Manager to ensure that quality and safety standards are always met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Parking vehicles for guests of the hotel and Chandlers restaurant. Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; open guest vehicle doors, assist with unloading luggage and escort incoming hotel guests to rooms when requested. Inspect vehicle for preexisting damage and record information. Correctly note the guests name, make and model, of each vehicle. Park guest cars in designated spaces, ensuring safe and appropriate operation of guest vehicles.
