Office Administrator Part Time

Advance your career and truly make a difference. We have an exciting opportunity for a caring, organized, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join a well-established Independent Advisory and Financial Service Company.

We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator at our growing retirement planning firm in Nampa, ID. The main responsibilities include managing Advisors' calendars, following up with clients, and supporting events. We are looking for a team player who believes in our mission and will work diligently to serve our clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent phone and computer skills
  • Ability to learn software and calendar management confidently
  • Initiative and ability to complete tasks independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable work ethic and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Experience with CRM software (preferred)
  • Patience and composure under pressure

  • Eagerness to learn and humble attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage newsletters
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments
  • Send appointment reminders
  • Organize and support events
  • Manage CRM software
  • Assist with educational events, including registration, reminders, and attendance
  • Handle client communications
  • Perform light office cleaning duties
  • Scan, shred, and file sensitive documents

Compensation: $18/hr. - $20/hr. based on experience

Hours:

  • Part-time: 10-20 hours per week
  • Occasional evenings and weekends for special events

Note: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
