Supervisor 1 or SUP 1 is the first level of the Supervisor rank. At this level, Supervisors are learning more about the actual function of the systems beyond the customer service aspect. SUP 1s are responsible for coordinating lunches and breaks to ensure efficient utilization of site staffing. Time spent in SUP 1 should be focused on mastering skills and dedication to becoming a Leader. The main focus for SUP 1s to master is as follows:
What to Expect / Job Responsibility

Perform all CSR duties and, when the opportunity is present, lead shifts and run operations.
Managing customers' complaints and account issues.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients or customers, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Handling damage claims.
Able to effectively work with computers and HMI interfaces to ensure that customer experience and business data are handled properly.
Complete Safety Training and support training initiatives on site.
Emergency procedures.
Clean/ replace nozzles on arches.
Training of others on all CSR Tasks.
New hire training (Train the Trainer System).
Basic XPT troubleshooting.
Transaction manager restart.
Accurately handle and process all gift card, credit and cash transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and giving correct change.
Making hydraulic/high pressure hoses.
Grease bearings.
Opening/closing the Wash independently.
Perform a Vehicle/Equipment Quality Check.
Understanding of chemistry distribution system.
Restock chemistry at pump stand and perform volumetrics.
Maintaining and improving site standards - site inspection reports.
Understanding of the flash report and all metrics reported.
Regular attendance required
Complete all other duties as assigned.
