Lead, support, and/or carry out planning and design of water resources projects. Perform detailed technical engineering analysis. Prepare technical reports. Supervise, mentor, teach, and train staff. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on both regional and national levels. Lead and/or participate in business development activities that include client development, project pursuits, and project interviews Develop scope, schedule, and budget for successful pursuits. Help grow a local and regional team. Required Qualifications: 8-20 years of experience in the Water Resources Field. B. S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience in performing water resources management, analysis and planning in Idaho or the Intermountain west. Detailed understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.
