Supports, analyzes, and documents an Enterprise WAN/ LAN/ WLAN focused on corporate offices, stores, and distribution centers. Installs, configures, maintains, and optimizes all network hardware and software to meet network performance requirements of the company. Diagnoses, resolves and documents hardware and software network problems in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring minimal downtime. Develops, designs, and recommends network technology solutions. Provides end user training, consulting, and assistance as required. Will manage IT network projects at times. Consistently provides world class customer service to internal and external customers.
