The Rink Attendant assists with daily operations and customer service at the facility by addressing customer questions and providing support to staff as needed. This role helps ensure a positive experience for all visitors and contributes to the smooth running of Idaho Ice. World. The position is open to all individuals aged 16 and older, works up to 19 hours per week, and is designated as At-Will. Idaho Ice. World, is Idaho's premier indoor family ice skating and entertainment center. We offer adult and youth hockey leagues, figure skating programs, Learn-To-Skate and Learn-To-Play Hockey programs, and public skating sessions. Essential Functions Assists customers at the skate rental counter. Determines the correct size of rentals and checks out customers. Performs other duties about customer service, answering questions related to programs and/or operations, and related duties as assigned.
