The Rink Supervisor acts as the lead at the skate rental counter and assists with a variety of duties as requested to support smooth rink operations. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills to ensure excellent service and effective team support. The position is open to all individuals aged 18 and older, works up to 19 hours per week, and is designated as At-Will. Idaho Ice. World, is Idaho's premier indoor family ice skating and entertainment center. We offer adult and youth hockey leagues, figure skating programs, Learn-To-Skate and Learn-To-Play Hockey programs, and public skating sessions. Essential Functions Acts as a lead to employees assigned to the skate rental counter. Provides a high level of customer service to customers. Performs cash handling duties. Performs regular janitorial duties. Performs other duties as assigned.
