Job Details

PCA Duties: Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Help patients with personal hygiene needs, including toileting and incontinence care. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients to improve their quality of life. Monitor and report any changes in patients health status to supervisors and medical staff. Help patients with medication reminders and basic medication management (under guidance). Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by assisting with housekeeping tasks. Ensure patients comfort and safety while adhering to personal care and healthcare guidelines. Office Assistant Duties: Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phone calls, take and send messages, and schedule appointments as needed.
