The City of Boise is seeking a Compensation Supervisor to lead its Compensation and Classification Program. This role is responsible for developing and managing salary structures, job classification systems, and total rewards strategies. The Compensation Supervisor ensures all practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Acting as a strategic partner across departments, this position evaluates and recommends compensation solutions that align with the Citys organizational goals. The role operates under limited supervision and plays a key part in shaping fair and effective compensation practices citywide.
